For this, combine baking soda and water to produce a thick paste, which you should then apply to the affected regions. Try taking a baking soda bath if you have itchy sunburned skin. Simply sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of baking soda into a warm (not hot) bath. Next, soak for at least 30 minutes, making sure to completely cover problem areas.
