Nothing in this image is immediately obvious. To assess the circumstances and whether we are actually seeing strange things, we need a more careful eye. To put it simply, the shorter girl in the white top is attempting to carry the taller female in the black top on her shoulders. Although raising her feet doesn't make you taller, she managed to lift the passenger's feet.
