7. The vehicle and the force of nature
When you visit Iceland, be prepared for the capricious force of Mother Nature. National regulations require that the vehicle is covered against events that are atypical for us, such as volcanic ash and strong winds. Some parts of Iceland require a four-wheel drive vehicle due to their topography.
6. Dog seat belts
